Khumali Crafts – Returns & Refunds
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
📦 How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@khumalicrafts.com to initiate your return request. Once accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@khumalicrafts.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery
Note: Natural variations in marble texture, veining, or color are unique characteristics of natural stone and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (once accepted) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
