We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
When Can You Cancel?
You may request a cancellation only before your order has been dispatched. Once we ship your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been processed for dispatch yet.
Cancellation Not Possible After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we are unable to cancel the order under any circumstances. This is because:
- The item has already left our facility
- Shipping and handling charges have been incurred
- The courier process cannot be reversed mid-transit
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized marble pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are crafted exclusively for you.
Cancellation Refunds
If your cancellation is approved before dispatch:
- Your full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
